“Austin” is a part of well diversified Avadh group having turnover of USD 1.5 million. Group believes in diversified portfolio includes business verticals such as infrastructure, engineering, power energy, polymer, petroleum product’s distribution and sterilized canned food. Quality Control:

Austin offers seamless supply and quality assurance with its state of art production facility spreads in 40,000 sq.mtr. land area at Anand ,India .We follow FSSAI ,BRC,HACCP, US FDA and HALAL norms to ensure best quality of our canned food. Installed production capacity is 3, 60,000 cans per day, with the help of US FDA approved European machinery.

We source best quality of Pulses, Vegetables, Fruits and any other ingredients for consistent production and end consumer satisfaction. To meet above objective, Austin is well equipped with hygiene storage and dispatch facility.

 One of the most important benefit is longer shelf life means keep AUSTIN products in ambient temperature. We are also committed to provide natural, delicious, healthy products with reasonable price too.

 Mandatory internal food tests are conducted by skilled and experience food technologist in the in-house lab as well as external laboratories .All the stages in process are subjected to strict Quality Control Where, both human and mechanized handling efficiency are measured.

 Laboratory is developed as per international food safety standards so there is no deviation in taste and quality at any time of manufacturing. There is a quality control for the brine and syrup, which is constantly checked for saline composition in the company laboratory. There is a system set up for periodically quality control report. We follow Process like Formation, Sterilization and Oxidation as per standards.

Microscopic details, such as PH level, are supervised at each progressive stage. At the end of thermal process, Austin sterilized Products are delivered in Glass jar as well as in food grade lacquer cans with longer shelf life.

Sterilization:

In order to achieve long term microbial stability in foods, it is necessary to inactivate the more highly heat –resistant bacterial spores that require temperature in the range from 110/121 to I50 C. These temperatures are well above the boiling point of water under standard conditions and can only be achieved by using water (or steam) under pressure in specialized equipment.

In sterilization process cans, jars or other containers are filled with foods and sealed, then heat by using water (or steam) under pressure until heat penetrates the product from the can wall inward and both product and can well become sterilized together. Thus, sterilization process can be thought of as “in- container “sterilization, which can be applied to all types of foods.
