Baby Potatoes

The potato is a starchy, tuberous crop. Potatoes were introduced outside the Andes region approximately four centuries ago. Potatoes are nutrient-dense, meaning you receive many nutrients for the amount of calories they have. The fiber is half soluble, half insoluble, so it helps to keep you regular and helps to lower cholesterol.
