Chick Peas


Recipe Ingredients:

1/3 cup olive oil, 2 table spoon fresh lemon juice
1 table spoon mustard, 2 cups chick peas
2 cups of sliced spinach, salt, black pepper,
Red pepper and cheese


Mix  all above ingredients in a salad bowl,
Stir them properly and serve

Chick Peas

Chick peas  is one of the earliest cultivated legumes: 7,500-year-old remains have been found in the Middle East. Other common names for the species include garbanzo bean, channa and Bengal gram.

Chick Peas is high in protein and have an excellent source of the essential nutrients, iron, folate, phosphorus, protein and dietary fiber. they  are also low in fat and most of these are polyunsaturated.
