Green Peas


Recipe Ingredients:

1½ tsp- Oil, 2 chopped Onions, 6 minced Garlic cloves,
1 tbs crushed Green Chilli-Ginger, 1 chopped Tomato,
1 tsp Garam  Masala and 1 tsp Coriander Powder,
2 tbs  Red Chilli Powder, pinch-Turmeric Powder,
Salt to taste,  1 cup green peas,
2 tbs Lemon Juice and Sugar, water - 1/2 cup,
1/4 cup Coriander -to- garnish


Heat the oil into the pan. Add chopped onion,minced garlic, tomato , crushed Green chilli ginger and heat it for 3 min. Then add red chilli powder, garam masala, coriander powder and turmeric powder. Add green peas and mix well. Add sugar ,  lemon juice and few water . Stir them properly and sprinkle Corainder on it and serve hot.

Green Peas

The Green pea is most commonly the small spherical seed or the seed-pod of the pod fruit Pisum sativum. Each pod contains several peas.
