1/3 cup olive oil, 2 table spoon fresh lemon juice
1 table spoon mustard, 1 cup chick peas
2 cups of sliced spinach, salt, black pepper,
Red pepper and cheese

METHOD:

Mix all above ingredients in a salad bowl,
mix them properly and serve.
